M'Chellin Osborn, Executive Director, Senior Housing/Assisted Living

M’Chellin has worked in the senior housing industry for the past 16 years and has enjoyed the whole experience. Making a difference in the lives of the older population is a true blessing for her and the reason she does what she does. M’Chellin has been successful in sales and marketing professional and consultant as well as running a non-licensed assisted living. With a Bachelor’s in Public Health/Health Administration and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration she has been able to bring her knowledge to help communities succeed and mentor others along the way. M’Chellin is involved in many organizations including the Treasurer and Board Member of the Fishers Freedom Festival, Board for Boomers and Beyond Networking Group, Indiana Chapter of the University of Nebraska Alumni-Hoosiers for Huskers, and serves on the membership committee of Mentoring Women’s Network.
M’Chellin’s goal is to make a positive impact on the individuals that she has had the pleasure to come into contact with on a daily basis.

Mentoring Women's Network
Mentoring Women's Network is an organization for professional women in the greater Indianapolis area. Our mission is to connect and inspire women to advance in their careers. By creating this network and forging these connections, we hope to encourage our talented female population to build their careers in Indiana.
Our members include CEOs, Senior-level managers, small business owners, students, as well as women at mid and entry levels in their careers. By becoming a member, you are joining a caring community presenting many opportunities to forge new connections. Our online membership database has access for members only and we have monthly events to make connections. In addition, members have the opportunity to gain visibility by hosting events at their chosen location. Finally, members have the opportunity to be featured in the member spotlight to gain additional visibility.
